It's a play on words by Nik.
DancingStar is first to respond, so they're first in line.
Then Shannon is second in line, in case the sale to DancingStars doesn't work out.
Then Nik is third in case both sales fall through.
Generally someone will say "Me, too!" if they want something / agree with the speaker, so it's a joke/wordplay to say "Me three." if you are the third person in line.
If someone else is interested in your telescope, they could say "Me four", just to keep the joke going.
Yes, English is a strange language, and the idioms or jokes can be difficult to pick up.
