Haven't tried a microSD, using USB stick instead, but the mid/high-tier cards from SanDisk or Samsung should be a safe bet in terms of performance, reliability and durability.

The max AsiAir Plus supports up to 1TB cards, https://www.zwoastro.com/support/asiair-4.

Example models to consider: SanDisk Extreme or Ultra series, or Samsung Pro Plus or Evo Plus series should do the job.

I just got one of these ASI Air plus 256g.
They need an SD card? I assumed it came with one already installed. No?

Greg.

SD cards are always hit and miss, I read reviews and stick with well known brands, in some cases I buy industrial graded cards, they are more expensive but well worth it.
I used to find DPreview a great source for reviews on cards for photographic use, sadly no longer an option.

I second that opinion.
