Catherine Hill Bay

Here's a selection of shots I took on Sunday, at Catherine Hill Bay. It was Mothers Day, as well as my daughter Abbey's 1st birthday.

Nice place, despite the grey skies. It cleared up a bit after we got there, but our picnic lunch ended up being in the car because it was raining!

10-shot panorama automatically stitched using "autostitch".

An old rusty chain or 2

Some old wood

A shot or two of the wharf

Thanks for looking.

Good shots Mike, especially for a dull looking day. Looks like a heavy duty chain there, well and truly rusted though.

The black and white shots are great (and the others too) i find that you spend more time looking at pictures in that format for some reason. Is it just me or do any others find this as well.?
Correct me if i am wrong please, is this called "grey scale" ?

sw sydney is the outskirts of campbelltown. (within mooing distance of cows )

woolongong would be south of sydney but now part there of.

Catho Bay is a nice place. Ive had a few nice hang gliding flights from the take off point behind the building on the hill up from the club. Also flown off the headland above Moonie Beach, the next beach south of Catho Bay. mates and I camped there years ago till idiots runined it and nat. parks took over and banned camping and vechle access.
Nice shots too.
