2" Lumicon Easy Guider

Has anyone bought this OAG and had to modify their scope ...... I just received mine during this week and was disappointed to find I once again could not achieve focus with my 350D ( with or without MPCC ) when attached to the Lumicon on my 200mm SW Newt.
It's not encouraging when the paperwork with the device says if you cannot focus try moving primary mirror 7/8th" to 1" closer to focuser or cut off focuser to suit etc.
As the mirror cell of my newt will not fit inside the tube to my knowledge this leaves me only one option and I don't think that is possible with the SkyWatcher focuser design either.

Is there another solution !

I don't understand why a $300 accessory doesn't simply work on a scope that it is specifically designed for i.e. Newtonian & Refractor.

Hi Steve,
I use the 2" OAG by Lumicon on my 12.5" and 400D. I use a low profile prime focus adaptor for my 400D and a JMI low profile focuser (DX2 I think).
