Duck Nebula / Thors Helmet..NGC 2359

I was really mucking about with this as I was testing things ..just as well two thirds of subs were unusable...
So I did not give up and used the experience to play in Photoshop...What I wanted to see was how close I could get to an image from a 9.25 Celestron ..anyways this was from the 115mm and it holds promise ..I have some on the RASA which I will look at later.

Nice shot Alex. As you know, with all these difficult targets, more time will bring out more detail. I can understand why people have multi-year projects.

Thanks for sharing,

No a heavy crop to see how it would turn out.

Thank you I can see it's limitations which I feel can be fixed...if the clouds go away I will continue.
Thanks again.
