GPU Pixinsight and WBPP

Hey guys,

I use WBPP for stacking.

I make the Tensorflow changes and CUDA required for NVIDIA GPU acceleration mainly to speed up BlurXtermminator and NoiseXterminator.

I used WBPP to stack this morning and it was alot faster.

Has anyone used CUDA and noticed WBPP gets faster?

Thanks,

Dilshan

There's a topic on this on the Pixinsight forum. You will find most people using this but it depends on the GPU installed as it has to be a Nvidia GPU https://pixinsight.com/forum/index.p...-3#post-121945

There an easy way to tell: open task manager and go to the performance tab. You should see a graph for GPU and it will show ~100% load and the CPU will be idling if CUDA is being used.
