The Sun in brutal seeing 20 January 2023

What was otherwise a very nice morning (calm, clear, sunny, not too hot, not too cold) was absolutely horrid for seeing. There was so much to view we spent a couple of hours imaging but the vast majority has gone to binary heaven.
We took full disk images (with 11 active regions!) in 540nm, 393nm and Ha. Then there is the only closeup Ha image that was worth keeping of AR3192 & AR3191.

Hi Peter / Clare - it was a nice morning but as you say - conditions were not the best for imaging. Still you got several useful images - well done.

Cheers John W.
