Seeing Good - Fog Bad!

How annoying!

The seeing is quite steady, at least 7/10 and yet the transparency is shocking thanks to a thick fog that rolled in about an hour or two ago.

Trying to capture some Luminance at 30fps and R,G,B at 15fps to get enough light in. The dynamic range is woeful.

Red Jr is just transiting, would've been a nice view. Maybe there'll be something to salvage.

If you're on the East Coast and you've got good transparency, get out there! Jupiter looks great!

It was quite nice last night although the fog ended my night earlier than I thought (mainly the fog on my corrector plate - damn - should've taken the battery for the dew zapper). Still enjoyed the view while it was available.

Cheers,
Greg
