Microsoft Outlook advice please

Hi Guys, something else that i would like some advice about please.

My Microsoft Outlook Account is really being painful, yea I'm sorry it is me again with my computer issues.

I can read any emails that come in and so one but when i bring up my contact list it shows me the first 15 or so and wont let me scroll down for the rest.

I can reduce the percentage from 100- say 75 and it will show more but still wont scroll.

It is doing this with any browser, which is Edge, Chrome And Mozilla, so any suggestions please.

Maybe i should reinstall the OS

Thanks in advance.

Leon

Magic 8-Ball says "Outlook not so good"...

On a serious note, try the Outlook client[*] (not the web client accessed through your browser) and see how that goes. The fact that its messed up when using any browser indicates that the problem is not on your end - it's a Microsoft problem on their servers.

[*] - it should be part of your MS-Office subscription / purchase if you have one. Be careful if you go searching to download it - there looks to be a lot of fake "Outlook Download" sites out there.

OK Steve, if outlook is not that good, can i use something else, start a fresh so to speak.

I just reset chrome to default settings and it worked fine, once but only once and then reverted to the issue i have described.

I rarely email and receive any emails so at the end of the day it is not the end of the world for me.

It is just a pain, that i would occasionally send one i cant scroll down to the contact that i would like to talk to.

I am happy to start a fresh with some other way of doing it if that is possible.

Thanks Leon

Hey Leon,

You can try this - it tells your browser to run the Outlook website as a native (on your computer) application:

Hi Guys, well the strangest thing has happened, all is good again.

I actually did nothing other than all the suggestions that were offered, which didn't change anything.

So Yesterday and this morning it all works again and scrolling is fine, so i have no idea how that happened.

Anyway all good till the next drama. I'm sure I will have more Computer issues for you guys to tackle.

Thanks for your help

Leon
