Counter Weight Locking Bolts

Wanted, 2 securing bolts for 5kg counter weights for an EQ2 mount, for securing them to the counter weight bar. Chasing 2 of them but if you only have one spare please PM me.

The counterweights I have use generic hand-bolts that you can source from
Bunnings.

Hi Mick, yes these would be the ones if they are long enough to go through the counter weight themselves, 40mm length is not long enough. They need to be about 75mm in length. I'll go down to Bunnings today to see if they have any longer. I don't really want to add a 30-40mm rod as well to make up the length as another member has mentioned privately.

EBay is also a great option if you know the thread and length required.

Google "star knob", and after you've determined thread size, also use threaded rod to suit your individual length and a lock nut.
