I am happy to be Aussie for one another reason: the southern skies are so much more interesting than northern half :-)
Almost anything of importance or beautiful or close to Sol is visible only from southern hemisphere :-)

A great article, I reckon we have a lifetime of viewing down under without the need to travel north.
