Saturn & Jupiter from 31 August 2022

Unexpected clear skies last night gave us the opportunity to grab these images. First GRS for the season

We worked on some different exposures to try and improve our Saturn moons.

All the images were taken with our 6" SCT, an ADC, 1.8x barlow and ASI178MC.

Great shots mate. Yes I like the moons of Saturn better here (even if a bit misshapen) it’s much more natural. Your processing on Jupiter is also really top notch! You’re pulling great detail with that 6”!
U mind sending some clear sky our way please?

We'll keep persevering with settings on Saturn as we like the shots with the moons. Not sure if we can send clear skies but you are welcome to our weather today.
