When you open up a new window for a New Ad scroll down to the box Manage Attachments. A box will open up where you can download from your H Drive on your computer.

Place New Ad > Attach Files - Manage Attachments > Upload Files from Computer - Choose Files

As Hans said but your files that you want to upload cannot be much bigger than 200 kb's.

Things are better than they once were as I just now uploaded a photo in my "New Observatory" thread from my tablet upon which I have nothing to resize photos. The photo was a little over 2 meg but IIS took it and obviously resized it as it appeared...it was my way of displaying a photo that I could not include in a personal message to someone in which I mentioned the set up.

IIS resizes them for you during the upload process
My Astro photos are always around 1MB and they end uploading into IIS between 200kB to 220kB
Other forums I’m on like APT , Startools etc.. you have to resize them close to 200kB before they will accept
Cheers
