A Carbon tube RCOS Ritchey–Chrétien telescope. 12.5 inch F9 with Zerodur mirror and RCOS corrector to cover 6x7 cm flat film plane.
Comes complete with custom made fitted case.
Also included a Takahashi Collimation Scope with the necessary adaptors to screw to the 3" AstroPhysic's tubes for perfect daylight collimation.
The only moving part on these classic scopes is the linear stepper motor holding the secondary mirror.
The control box controls the 3 fans in the rear to cool the primary to the selected temp above ambient. The heater on the rear of the secondary also maintains the mirror temperature as required.
