You think you had a bad day

Ferrari 488 owner crashes his brand new £250,000 supercar on the same day he bought it

It's enough to make Peter cry

My bet is that he hadn't insured it. Pre COVID you use to see a line up of Ferrari's and Lamborghini's along Lygon St here in Melbourne, the little Italy. You hear the drivers continually revving up but that is all it was. All show. There is really no place, other than possibly the NT, to try out the true potential of these vehicles .. so I guess you wonder why they buy these high performing vehicles? Because they can?

On the other side ... I guess it is cheaper than owning a Bugatti

Well they certainly have a case of buyer's remorse...

Nice dent in the guard rail, might have broken traction a little easier than they allowed for...

As for the Bugatti, not a way to wash your car...
