I’m finally ready to part with my APM 152mm f/8 LZOZ TRIPLET APO.
This is a sublime instrument in immaculate condition. The legendary LZOZ optics are perfectly clean and the views are breathtaking. Add a diagonal and you will be rewarded the sharpest cleanest views you can imagine -particularly planets seemingly etched on to the glass.
Add a flattener and your full frame camera will produce fantastic results.
It is also a simply beautiful sight to behold. I’ll miss owning and using it but all my energies now go into the SDM 28” Dobsonian and I’m simply not really planning to use this as much as it deserves. It should go to a new home with someone who can love it.
The telescope is equipped with a 3.5” Starlight focuser, standard on these high end scopes and a 50mm finder with starlight bracket. It comes with rings and Losmandy style dovetail. No other one terms show are included in the sale.
It needs an AZ-EQ6 pro or equivalent for imaging. Mine will be advertised separately but only once the scope is sold.
