Lockdown Blues

Totally frustrated by poor weather and/or inaccessibility of my gear due to lockdowns, I went back to some of my old data to at least keep in practice with PI.

This image of NGC6726 etc was shot in 2013, with my then brand new ASA10N, STT8300, and ASA DDM60 unguided.

It's not the most detailed image around, being only 2 hours RGB., but it did respond well to some PI's newer processes......

Thanks for your comments. My early image with this data showed very little star colour - I guess I didn't know enough about processing back then.
This time processing included PCC, AsinhStretch (not too much!), plus HT and CT.....

Marc and Mike,
Thanks for your comments.
Mike, we are also in the process of moving house, so I sympathize!

That's very nice Mark. Great depth for only a couple of hours.

Andy and Pete,

Thanks for the comments. Glad you like this. I didn't really appreciate the quality of the data until I revisited it after several years...
