Nice image Shane, so is that a full crop of a DSLR image?

Obviously the white balance setting is giving the blue tone - just use "auto" white balance on the moon.

I've had a quick play in photoshop to convert to greyscale, adjust the gamma and some slight sharpening. i think it's a nice result.

Hi Shane
It looks as though you used a high ISO ( film speed ) for the shot. Next time shoot at ISO 100 or 80 if your camera will allow to select film speed. The slower speed will give better resolution on a bright subject like the moon.

Cheers.

Steve
