NZ astronomer requires lodging for three nights

Hi all,

I'm coming over to Australia for the South Pacific Star Party (Fri 13 - Mon 16 April 2007) but will be arriving in Sydney a few days beforehand (Mon 9th). I've been offered a lift to the event on the Thursday so will have a few days to enjoy your great country. I was wondering if there was perhaps a kind hearted astronomer in Sydney who might have a spare bed for a fellow astronomer fot the Mon - Wed nights. If so please reply to this thread or get me at the email below.

BTW, I'll make a contribution towards lodging, and return the favour if you ever get to NZ with a dark farm site and the use of some 16" scopes...

Cheers

Hi John.

Unfortunately I can't help you out with lodgings but I'm sure there'll be someone with less children in the house that might be able to

I look forward to meeting you at SPSP! It was 2 years ago that we met Robby when he came over for SPSP13!

Bad move John. You should have waited until August and come up here to sunny warm Queensland for two weeks and come to the Astrofest. Thaw some of that Kiwi winter out of you

BTW how is that Robby fellow. We haven't heard from him for ages.
