Micro M45 aka The Seven Dwarfs

Canon 600D Yongnuo 100mm f/2 15x 10secs ISO 6400. Nano Tracker.
Dark area at left is a tree. Very short subs due to equipment failure.

The Pleiads is one of the most difficult names to spell :-)

Good one Raymo, also like the tree!

Thanks Peter, This was a pain, my tripod failed structurally. By the way, you
left out the e. or was that intentional?

I do like the Subaru, Seven Sisters , and you have that blue reflection nebula.
Rises out over the sea with Orion .
Structural failure sounds catastrophic.

I like the tree as well, I can see some XMAS lights on it

Seriously though, that's what I like about this hobby, there are many different things to try, wide field, long FL, short FL DSLR, Narrowband, Planetary the list goes on.

A nice image

I have a tree in my backyard as well, unfortunately it's around 30 meters high and the canopy completely covers the backyard of a small terrace, so no hope of any astro from there.

Thanks Ray and Zuts. A thread stripped so that I couldn't lock the tripod's
azimuth axis.
