Came across some parts and controller which I removed when I modified the JMI NGFC with a Robofocus. Kept all parts so shouldn't be difficult to modify a manual focuser. Note the motor isn't a stepper, but has two speeds (slow or fast ). You could at least salvage the hand controller.
