Thanks Gaz !!
I was battling getting a more "conventional" looking image, but blending the Ha with the red channel you need to allow enough red light through but not compromise the Ha. Too much Ha, things look dead and stars are too small, too little and you loose all that lovely contrast. Never done this before, generally blended with Lum channel.... I learn't a bit.
This was a hard object to get balanced... half of it was dark neb, the other half emission with a splattering of reflection plus an open cluster and also trying to get enough contrast to warrant taking the Ha...
Man, only thing missing was a glob and a galaxy, then I would have had a hamburger with the lot

(with beetroot

)
I'm not happy with my MPCC spacing at the mo, I just recently bought a 15mm 'T' thread male-female to do a better job than before and had to pack the male end to get the thread to clear my filter wheel.... so a bit long. I've just chopped off a small section and am going to see how well things go tonight since it's clear.
Other than that, things are going ok. Well, soon should have a larger secondary to remove my 5th spike and then I'll be able to tackle objects with super bright stars....
Thanks for taking a peek and your comments, always appreciated.
All the best
