Ngc5128 lrgb

Have been trying for NGC5128 (Centaurus A) for a while and never managed a successful image. Decided to have a crack with the 8" Edge and focus on getting a lot of luminence. It really is quite subtle in colour, so I decided no real point in getting a lot of colour.

Consists of 35x5mins of L and 19x2mins each of RGB.

Not 100% happy with some colour fringing on the brighter stars, but generally OK.

Image Data:
Mount: Orion AZ-EQ G
Scope: Celestron Edge HD 8"
Reducer: Celestron 0.7
Focuser: Moonlite Litecrawler
Camera: ZWO ASI1600MM-Cool
Filters: Baader 36mm LRGB set in ZWO 7 position filter wheel
Guiding: ZWO OAG, ZWO ASI290MM Mini and PHD2
Capture: SGP
Processing: Pixinsight (PS CC 2018 used to resize to JPG)
