Thors helmet

Took this one a couple of weeks ago with no moon. I was quite happy with my first attempt. Another target where the 80mm scope was probably not the best .

16 x 300 sec lights
16 x 300 sec darks

Optilong l enhance

Stacked using DSS
Tried to process using gimp

Thanks

A cracking effort there Kuz. Plenty of faint nebulosity. If I can offer any advice it would be to balance the colours. There’s too much green. If you pick a part of the sky without any nebulosity, the colour balance should be pretty much even between your red, blue and green channels. An excellent effort. Well done 👍
