Jupiter - March 14 - Canberra

The seeing was noticeably improved this morning.

This was captured approx 1700UTC.

Pretty happy to have caught some detail in the GRS.

This is the result of a quick run through Registax

Am going to bed now before processing the other 24 AVIs

Hope some of you other guys were out there and got some good seeing

Excellent result Matt, look forward to seeing more. I think some extra processing will bring out some fantastic detail.

It's made my frustration even more though- I didn't set up last night and I just knew it would be clear this morning I got to bed too late and couldn't fathom getting up at 4am.

Nice work Matt - yes I noticed the conditions were excellent at times this morning, got the best data so far on Jupiter (I think).

Lets hope the good seeing continues for a few days...

cheers, Bird
