Info needed on the Sony ICX424AL chip

I've been trying to track down a bit of information about Sony's ICX424AL CCD. I have the Sony pdf on the chip, but it doesn't really help with the info I'm looking for. Or if it does it's in a format I don't understand (probably in mV). I'm after the following information:

Well Depth/pixel full well count (e-)
Read noise (If I have the well depth and read noise I can work out the dynamic range) (e-/pixel/read)
If neither the above then the dynamic range
The input level where nonlinearity begins. (ADU or e- )
A/D converter saturation level. (ADU or e-)
Integral Nonlinearity (LSB or +e-
Gain (I believe it to be 1, but can't confirm that)

you know important tech stuff that Sony don't include in an easy to access format on their pdf.

Sony don't publish QE, well depth will depend on how you drive it - 8 or 16 bit?

We've left some info up on the Artemis site if you fancy a peek?

Thanks Arthur. Much apprecated, your a champion, that is just what I was looking for.

It will be in the ATiK 16IC-HS so 16bit it is.
