Bintel – super service

Hello,

I placed an internet order for a TV x3 Barlow around 9:30pm on Wednesday. On Friday morning the goods arrived. Now that is excellent service from Sydney to Brisbane! In fact, almost too good, as it caught me on the hop - my wife answered the door and I wasn’t expecting the goods until Monday, so I had to swiftly concoct a “must have it” story on the fly – it worked!

A big thank you to the order fulfillment team at Bintel for their terrific service. Just warn me next time eh, so I have the story rehearsed and ready!

Cheers

Dennis

That's a bit slow Dennis, I wonder what kept them. My orders from Bintel (assuming they have the item in stock) are often ordered mid afternoon and they arrive by mid morning the next day. Sometimes it's even before I go to work the next day. Now that is service.

Unfortunately for me though, Sya can tell when the delivery van is coming. so there is no hiding. It arrives so often she knows the sound of it from other vehicles and will meet the delivery guy at the door.

I guess the unattended web server isn't authorised to pack goods, invoice the customer and then despatch the goods without a human supervisor present?

Cheers

I see what you mean when you say it's great to live near Striker, he's a big influence isn't he?
