old apple...

just playing around with my camera once again... I was looking for a subject to photograph while playing with DOF and lighting. Searching thru the fridge i found this old apple... i must remember to throw it out one day.
Anyhow i set it up on teh kitchen bench and played a bit. I think i got some good lighting and dof on it but it may show different on other computer screens. the irregularities show nicely on this imperfect fruit...

thanks petra, playing with different settings even with terrestrial can be quite fun... i did have an orange but i thought that the imperfections of the apple would be more interesting....

are you sure john? we have a whole rangeof rotting fruit for you? the durian isnt rotting tho... just tastes like it is
