Nice result Dave, was hoping to get up this morning too but got home too late last ngiht and couldn't be bothered setting the scope up.

Any issues with the LU? Seems to be a smaller image scale.

it is 7.4 microns, so like bird's dragon fly, the image is smaller by about a 1/3.

I will have to see if i can get the extension tube any further out ie past the 7.7x at 100mm.

I now have the speed of capture and range of grey scale, but alas, a smaller image until i get a larger focal length (16" newt anyone????)

As bird says, you pick the camera for detail etc, and then adjust your focal length to fit on the screen. The filter wheel will add another few cms

Lot's of good detail in that one David. Well done.
I'd love to have the clouds clear so I can have a go at Jup too.
Thanks for taking the time to post.
