Moonlite Focusers: Another positive experience.

Some of you might remember that I had some issues with my Lite Crawler in the past. It's been said before, and I agree whole-heartedly, that all manufacturers have the odd issue but it's how they deal with them that counts.

Anyway, my Lite Crawler ended up being fully replaced free of charge. In addition to that I was offered credit for the cost of return postage. That was about $80AUD back in 2017.

Recently I got an adapter stuck on my Moonlite 2" eyepiece adapter, so I hit Ron from Moonlite up for that credit... I asked for a new 2" eyepiece adapter. The 2" eyepiece adapters cost $59 USD and should have consumed that credit leaving me owing the shipping... today I picked up a package from the post office containing the 2" eyepiece adapter and a 0.25" adapter as well (the same one I got stuck on the eyepiece adapter), worth an additional $59 USD. I didn't even pay for postage. Also worth mentioning that he sent this off to me the same day I sent him the email.
