Ordered a DeepSky Dad AF2

hi to all
I have ordered a DeepSky Dad AF2 focus motor with temp sensor and wifi and it is on tis way to me from Slovenia
Pavle Gartneris the manufacturer of these units and is very responsive to emails and a top bloke the AF2 cost me $310 Posted which is great value https://deepskydad.com when it arrives I will do a full review on it for people here pretty excited for it to arrive it will be going on my Bintel 8" imaging Newt on the standard focuser the adapter for this focuser is included there is a lot of functions with the AF2 that are very interesting and Pavle is releasing a driver soon that will let it work in a MAC platform any way will keep you posted on its arrival

Well it turned up today and the build is very impressive delivery service was very quick form postage date took 9 days .
great idea of the captive nuts on the focus bracket all I have to do is get a longer screw that goes into the focuser (not included ) and mount it all up and wait for the clouds to clear

Well its all fitted took about 10 min to fit it works a treat on test bench with the DSLR pointing upwards and has no trouble moving the focuser in or out
the hand control does not have set speed but moves the focuser very finely and if you quick press the + or - it moves in very fine steps you ca adjust speed via your WiFi and on your PC via SkyDAD control panel haven't connected the temp sensor yet thats next
