It is good that you find a great benefit with the site.
I dont print stuff out but thinking about it that is a great idea..not everything but stuff that you will need to refer to later...
And I thank you for your input and help.
Without your thread on not wanting to tamper too much when fitting a focuser motor I would not have been inspired to come up with a similar system...I had given up on attaching a focuser to the 80mm..but now it has one and flash it looks.
Have a good one.
Alex

I totally concur with Jeremy
I’ts been my retirement hobby for 3 years now and I would be where I am today both with visual astronomy and astrophotography without the assistance, advice, criticism, encouragement and praises of many experienced IIS members like Alex, Raymo, Glend, Multiweb, mental4 Astro, Merlin66 just to name a few plus and many many others

Thanks

I collate & printout plenty of stuff from here, particularly information & guides on observing & astrophotography.

I have Mental4Astro's various observing guides collated into a series, printed off & placed in a folder which I have with me at the scope.

If you'd like a copy Jeremy, send me a PM with your email address & I will email it them to you...

I find if I don't do this, I can't find them again when I want them... so much information on here.. too little time to read & digest it all...
