Pilots fight back :)

Tired of forever being the victim, pilots shoot lasers back at people on the ground

(even though seemingly well done, I am a bit dubious about the path - seems some WOULD be towards people)

And minced bird... (seems a late reject to me, but what do I know )

Yeah, like they have nothing else to do up there. If it's a crime from the ground it's probably a crime in the air.

Was it not part of the display?

I am positive he got CASA dispensation to do it, considering it was at Avalon 2019 airshow...

Perhaps it's the imagers that are inconsiderate to the laser pointerers?
It looks like in this particular instance, the laser pointers are part of the show. Are people actually watching the video before commenting?

Is that an led disco light on the plane.? With smoke machine. Next, parachutist with glow suits and flares. I mean emergency flares but probably that too.

Awesome display!

We finally have something worthy of replacing the old F-111 "Dump & Burn" at fireworks displays. (The FA-18 afterburner run is OK, but it's not as jaw-dropping as the F-111.)

Awesome show - thank you Lewis for sharing.

As for banning the Moon - I think for an amateur astronomer/imager a Full Moon is a wonderful invitation to a good night sleep
