Telescope restoration

Hi everyone
Just after some suggestions on a good telescope restorer that can restore OTA cosmetically.

Peter, if it just painting I would suggest you dismantle and then take to an auto bodyshop....they can scan the colour and come up with a formula to replicate the colour.... If it is a collectible like a Zeiss, original might be best....

Interesting question. What scope and what work were you aiming to have done ?

I'll dismantle mine soon before the end of the year to add several bits, and in the process considering whether to have the OTA powder-coated outside and flocked inside. The original Intes paint isn't particularly durable.
