Shallow Cone reprocess

Not much data on this but again working on processing. Cone Nebula first in StarTools and then in PixInsight. I prefer the cleanness of the Pixinsight versions (although this is still vey noisy and unbalanced data). Other factors may trump this however?

PixInsight trial license will expire soon so not many more inflictions of poor imaging to come! Again appreciate comments on what might be better or not or a step that might be obviously missing.

PI version MUCH nicer. IMHO, the PI price is 110% worth it - it can even make my images look half way there.

I bought PI 5 years ago. Got intimidated by it so lingered using PS5/6...then thought nothing is improving, so jumped into PI feet first in the deep end and came out the other end with floaties on at least.

Thanks for the comment Lewis. Certainly plan to purchase PixInsight once some $ turn up. I thought my NGC6188 was better in PI (previous post) but am very wary of seeing things now through certain filters: low noise, clarity of stars not necessarily making an image better.
