I know it been said many times about how good Bintel is,but I have to say it again and share this with you.I recently bought a scope from a member of this group who I won't name
when I received the scope among other items missing was the "c" clip that you attach to the rod that screws into the tripod to hold the scope. I emailed Don at Bintel asking if he had one in stock and if not could he order one for me and the price and postage.that was late in the afternoon I went offline then back on again later that night ,there was a email from him informing me that one would be sent the next day by express post,and no charge.The C clip arrived as promised, how is that for service,
