Feather Touch Focuser For SCT'S.

Hi All,
for those with an SCT I have a near new Feather Touch focuser, from Starlight Instruments, (www.starlightinstruments.com) with an adaptor to screw straight onto the rear of the SCT. In an effort to make this fine product a little more easily obtained downunder, I am looking to stock a few of the basic units. Not really a "dealer" as such, more a facilitator. The product IS good, but I feel that a few folk would rather buy locally, rather than ex-US.
The part number for the Focuser is FTF2008BCR and is complete with the Meade adapter for 10-14" SCT. This screws directly onto the large 3 1/4" visual back of the SCT which is great because you get rid of the small visual back on SCT's. Check the website to see what they cost new, plus post, plus GST.
It has about .8" travel, and has the internal brake system, plus the compression ring. No 2" to 1.25" adaptor, but these are available if required.
Note: This will not screw directly onto the 8" SCT, but only the 10" plus
scopes.
If you desire THE best, then this is it. Motorization units are available
additionally.
Very well priced at AU$365 posted to Australia.
Contact me off group please at g.beal@xtra.co.nz or if that doesn't work try gbealnz@hotmail.com
Pictures etc available if you want.

I'd love one Gary, but I can't afford a 10" scope just yet
