The following 2 EP's are for sale, for the reasons mentioned (since some people insist on knowing).
1. Televue Nagler T6 13mm. Bought this off IIS about 3 weeks ago. Seller failed to mention the barrel has a whopping big indent in it from someone gorilla clamping a screw (I mean seriously, WHY?) - I know this EP is third hand at least, and the mark was there when my friend sold it to the guy I bought it from, so who knows when. It functions perfectly with NO detriment optically - only cosmetically. No you cannot simply change barrels, as these Naglers have an amplifier/barlow integral to the barrel. I tried it in my Tak TSA-102S, as well as 2 other Nagler 13's of my mate, and frankly, and comparing it directly to the other Nagler 13 T6's I used, NONE of them are sharp enough for my liking in my telescope. I know others rave about them, but I simply don't like them. So...
I paid $275. How about $200 posted, and that comes with the box.
SOLD
2. Parks GS5 10mm. Known as Masuyama clones, but there is evidence that Mausyama actually made these on contract (so are NOT Masuyama clones like the Tak LE's etc). VERY VERY sharp EP - as good as the famous and uber-rare Tak LE10. Only reason for sale is I have 2 of them - I bought an extra for my binoviewers that I sold so no real further need to keep 2 of the same. Condition is excellent, with caps and I think the box.
Out of production for years, so getting difficult to find. $100 POSTED.
SOLD
Will post pictures after finding something for the kids to do...
