Ordering from ZWO online

Has anyone ordered straight from ZWO?

I placed an order yesterday but haven't received tracking or anything like that so not sure how they work.

I have, without issues.
Order confirmed same day, dispatched the next (separate email incl. tracking number), delivered to NZ address about 3 weeks later.
Caught in the spam filter perhaps?

I too have ordered from them and they were fine.
I received a tracking number two days after I placed the order.

Just ordered my ASI1600mm-c kit. Had confirmation within 5 mins by email.

They are pretty good with replies, answered my enquiries a week or so back about the camera and kit contents.
