Robin,

Any info on origin, etc., eg: MIM, MIJ, US manufacture.

Hi Chris,
I thought it was mexican but I don't know for sure.
Here's some pics from under the guard.
It's been sitting in a box under the desk for quite a while now.

looks like Jap pickups, as they used coax to each pickup.

Thanks Robin,

I have to be realistic and pass on it as I have too many projects on the go and I already have a nice Strat........come to think of it between my son and I there are way too many guitars in the house, the latest being a '91 Patrick Eggle Berlin which arrived from the UK about 3 weeks ago.

Cheers.

May well be. I got told they were vintage blues? They sounded ok.
I bolted in a Mighty Mite swamp ash body and texas specials almost as soon as I got it.
It had a US neck and it's nice and light now
