Astro optical mirror 10 inch dob - $150!

Hi all,
I am selling a 10 inch F6 hand made dobsonian, it has performed well but it is in serious need of a mirror recoat though. Even with the state of the mirror it is still very sharp (being hand crafted). A great beginner scope, i will sell it for quite cheap because of the mirror quality. Pickup only, around Melbourne area.
Mirror made by astro optical.
Going for 150.

I meant the Tak MT-160 Rod (it's barely in the first picture - blue tube, blue-grey mirror cell)

The big dob...well..have fun!

Hi
I am interested on behalf of a friend.

Do you know places in Melbourne that do mirror re-coating?

I am about to do some searches on the forum.

Is it possible to actually use it at the moment or does the mirror need to be resilvered prior to attempting to use the telescope ?

It is possible, the mirror has lost maybe 25 - 50% of its reflectivity but its still fine to use.
