I'm selling my beloved Hyperstar not because I want to - it just seems like duplication since I got the 11" F2 RASA which is the same speed and roughly the same FOV anyway. Anyone who knows me knows I basically built my whole setup+obs for and around the hyperstar! I love it. But I also love money, and I need some.

TL/DR - It turns your high mag F10 9.25" telescope into a super fast f2 wide-field astrograph. Think 30 second exposures instead of 5 minutes.

Heh I am a hyperstar (and now RASA) enthusiast! It's served me well.

The assembly allows you to put a filter in, but I'm not selling the additional filter drawer system which was bought separately as it works with the RASA, though I do recommend buying one as it's a pain to have to remove the camera to change filters.

The camera adapter is a standard male 2" thread that works with most spacers / cameras. The length is for achieving optimal back focal distance for my QHY12 CCD, but works just fine for my QHY9 CCD as well. If it's not 100% for you, you may need to introduce spacers or tell starizona what camera you are using and they'll sell you the perfect length attachment + thread for it.

I didn't mention in the listing but it's a "Hyperstar 3" lens which I think is the most current. I'll update the listing now.
