The Baader UHC-S is more of a broadband filter while the Astronomik UHC is a narrowband. Both have their uses. A broader filter doesn't have quite the same contrast boost as a narrowband but it lets through a lot more light and gives a more natural view, especially of stars. The UHC-S is particularly good in smaller scopes since it gives a brighter image. I've used one and liked it.
