I need a machinist to make a pier adaptor

Can anyone recommend a local (Australian) machinist that can make a pier adaptor for my Celestron CGX mount. Celestron have released a CAD drawing of the required adaptor but have no plans to supply. I can supply the CAD drawing via pdf. There are none on the market yet so this presents an opportunity for a potential supplier.

Thanks Charles. Here is the link to the pdf:

It has occurred to me that it might be simpler to have an internal puck insert made which can rest on a flat top plate, like this one (attached) that TPI Astro in Canada has made. It seems from the drawing that the diametre of the puck would be equal to 131.9mm max, with a thickness of 35.5mm. It would need a centre hole to support the through bolt and the locating post on the bottom of the mount. I will try to get those dimensions for you shortly. It would probably also need a recessed locking bolt (or two) to stop it rotating on the top plate.

Hi Glen,

I should be able to do either one. The one shown in the pdf would be much more stable but the 'puck' is simpler. I have a few questions so I will send you a PM later today.

Cheers
Charles
