Where has the polar alignment feature gone?

I have just updated the firmware on my AZEQ5 hand contoller to version 04.38.09 and I can't find the Polar Alignment feature in the Alignment area. It now has 1, 2 and 3 Star Alignment which it had before, NP Error and Cone Error. Where has it gone to? Has it gone completely and if so would I have to reinstall a previous firmware version?

I'm at work now so can't be 100% certain but I think, after I updated mine to the latest firmware, the polar align option doesn't appear until after you have done a 2-star or 3-star alignment.
