*The Robofocus system consists of the motor and focuser shaft attachment plus the hand controller and asscociated cables (plus I'll throw in the serial->usb cable I use with it) - everything you need. Also included is the original Tak knob which was taken off to attach the RF.
I should note that I did have some issues a while back with the RF when using the Focusmax software, however, it has always worked flawlessly when using the RF software and/or the hand controller so I don't think it was a hardware issue just something weird with focusmax.
It goes without saying this is an excellent scope both visually and for imaging. I've used it primarily for imaging and with an 8300 sensor I've found that I can get away without a flattener as only the stars at the very edge of frame are less than perfect. See the attached images taken through this scope.
For now this is a local sale as I don't want to post it. If it doesn't sell locally I will consider shipping it but I'll need to get the original box which is in storage at my parents place and I won't be going there until at least Christmas. I'm happy to drive up to a couple of hours from Sydney to meet half way though.
Inspections are welcome if you're in Sydney.
I'm selling this package for $4400. Bank transfer or Paypal(+3%) are fine.
Sorry for the bad photos, I'll take some proper ones within the next couple of days.
I'm also selling my camera gear that I use with this so if you want the whole lot let me know and we can work out a deal.
