M42 + M45 Ed80

Hi All,
Good night (weather wise) again so imaged M42 and M45 with the ED80, a tinge of red in the pictures as there were quite a few large Fires over on Fraser Island which gave the sky a red hue, might have added something to M42 ??, A lot of star bloat in M45 I was using the UV/IR Filter also which I thought might help in this direction, but not so.

M42- 7 x 6 Min. at ISO-800, DF removed, guided

M45- 5 x 6 Min. at ISO-800, DF removed, guided

cheers.......Jim
