Question New Bintel Website

I don't get it. They hardly have their products listed on the new site. Do they still stock them or not because they still have them on their old site??

It says you need to create a new account with the new site which I am trying to do but it says I already exist in the system so I requested a password reset. I entered my email/username and I don't even get the email. I tried 5 days ago and I tried again now.

Is anyone having trouble with their new website? Looks to be poorly designed in my opinion.

Hi Stefan,
I have no problem at all with the new site: I just click on a product group near the top of the window and they come up all listed on the left, click on the one I am interested in and all the products in that group pop up with images on the right. I tried to save something to my shopping basket: no problems at all.
It never asked for a new account- and I haven't bought anything from them for a couple of years at least.
Maybe it has something to do with your browser? I am using Safari and/or Firefox.
Also, have you checked your junk mail? Maybe their email went there...

Never logged on to Bintel in my time on the internet,I just go to the page pick a product line click what I want to go too which takes me to that page and thats it.
Can't see how you have such difficulty?
Are you sure you haven't been hacked. ????

No worries I will have to buzz them this week, cheers Malcolm. I have the code in my email.

Seems like navigating through the new website is OK but for example all their dovetails are on the old website and not the new.

Sounds like there might be an error with the account validation. It might think I have an account when in fact I don't on the new site.
