MallinCam Extreme cameras don’t come up for sale that often, this one is in mint condition and comes with everything you need to connect to a computer and start using it. This model is the Deluxe which means it comes with a rear Yellow LED Peltier status indicator.
The photos are mostly just screen shots, that is the image you see on the TV or Computer screen is simply captured without further processing. You can take single shots or video and stack and process them later or just enjoy the view on the monitor and if you want to, just capture what you see on the monitor with the click of the button.
Computer controlling the MalinCam is easy as the most common settings for Deep Sky, Planetary, Moon and Sun are automatically set when you select the mode you want to view in.
