ADM Saddle Plate
ADM D series saddle plate with 5/16" holes counter bored 3" centre to centre to suit Losmandy G11 and M8 holes at 35mm centre to centre to suit Takahashi mounts.

These sell for US$89 new plus shipping. I'm asking A$90 plus shipping.

All in excellent condition.
